Need to change a new order?
If you just placed an order and need to change either the items or your address, just drop me a line! If it hasn’t shipped, there’s no problem at all.
Shirts typically ship within 4-6 days via U.S. Postal Service, depending on what we have in stock. We make every attempt to get your goodies to you faster than that, but we are often reprinting one or more designs.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail & Global First Class Mail from Massachusetts, USA. Shipping within the U.S.A. typically takes 2-4 days.
Customs & traversing oceans can add 1-4 weeks to an international order. If for some reason your order has not arrived after a month, a great place to start is by calling your local post office and checking to see if they have a package on hold for you.
We cannot control what happens after we mail your order, but we are happy to tell you what we know and offer some hints. If an order seems to have legitimately been lost in the mail, we can usually replace it.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size:
+ Returns are only valid within 30 days of shipment. (The day it leaves our warehouse.)
+ Please make sure the shirt is undamaged and unwashed. We need to get your shirt back in good condition for a new customer. You wouldn’t want to buy a dirty or smelly shirt, would you? (Please note, this is not Japan.)
+ Please include a note with your name, email, address, and what shirt you’d like in exchange.
+ Exchanges are free, but sadly postage isn’t! Please include $3 for reshipment in North America and $12 for the rest of the world. Cash or money sent via Paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org are both awesome.
+ Sorry, we do not take returns for coffee mugs.

Did you receive the wrong items?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong shirt, let us know! Email and let us know what you received versus what you actually ordered. If we made a mistake, we’ll mail you a replacement right away. If not, we can still do an exchange.
